Couples looking for comfort
Room was much larger than expected, good sized TV plus a table with 2 chairs! ! It’s just a short walk to so many places we've wanted to see.
Not the cheapest place but acceptable.

i truly can't believe how dirty my room was, with mould everywhere and a filthy shower that even had a wonderful assortment of public hairs. the air con definitely needed cleaning, but of course no one addressed it. not to mention, I was shocked to not receive a room upgrade after my experience. absolutely disappointing.

The Standard Double Room was a solid pick for my stay, especially cozy for a solo traveler. The bed was comfy, and I had a nice hot shower with good pressure. Super close to Flinders Station, which was perfect for getting around. The quiet environment helped me concentrate while working. the room felt a bit dated and could use a refresh to improve the overall vibe.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Service
The corporate queen room offered excellent space and the central location was ideal for sightseeing. I appreciated the pre-arrival email with room access instructions. The parking discount process was seamless too. A tea/coffee station in the room would enhance the experience.

The corporate room was surprisingly spacious, featuring a small lounge area, a table with chairs, and a microwave, which made it convenient for a few quick meals. Being just above the bustling Swanston Street, the location allows easy access to attractions without a long trek.
The state of the bathrooms needs serious attention—mould was a common sight and gave a sense of neglect. Hot water was inconsistent, sometimes scalding and at other times nonexistent, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired with reports of hair strands on the bathroom floor. Walls showed signs of deterioration, including a broken cabinet and air conditioning unit with a gaping hole. Noise from trams and street activity could be disruptive, especially late at night.

Cleanliness issues stood out, with not just dust but layers of mold in the bathroom and on surfaces. A significant number of unexpected ants greeted me upon returning to leftover food. the overall unhygienic condition left me feeling uneasy. the windows failed to block out street noise effectively, leading to disrupted sleep during the bustling nights.

I found the room to be quite cozy, complete with a kettle and fridge that came in handy for my late-night snacks. The hotel had some really chill relaxation spots where I could unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, I did have a bit of a hassle finding the TV remote, but overall, everything else was pretty smooth! 😄
